Registration Details
Policy for refund of Registration fee for delegates failing to attend the conference:
- Up to 30th October, 2025: 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- Up to 30th November 2025: 50% the registration fee will be refunded.
- Beyond 15th December 2025 the registration fee will not be refunded; however, the conference kit will be handed over to the respective delegate depending on feasibility.
- The amount to be refunded will be transferred to the delegates only after the successful completion of the conference.
