PG PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:
- Each PG Paper Presentation will be for 8 minutes only. (6 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A)
- The Total size of the presentation should not exceed 20 MB.
- Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static required template format only.
- Illustrations/images/photographs used in the PG Paper Presentation should be enlarged enough to show relevant details.
- The PG Paper Presentation may include following sections: Introduction, Aim & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
- The PG Paper Presentation should be self-explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized.
- The PG Paper Presentation needs to be presented in the given template only.
- The template given can be used only in the first slide.
- The PG Paper Presentation should be prepared in Landscape format.
- Last date of submission 20th September, 2024
- The Presentation should be submitted on or before the last date given.
- Personal Laptops will not be allowed to ensure smooth and seamless proceedings. NO requests regarding use of the same will be entertained.
- All presenting authors are required to be present at the designated hall at the start of the session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of their presentation.
- If the Presentation is submitted at the last moment and problem occurs during the conference the organising team won’t be held responsible.
