PG PAPER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

  1. Each PG Paper Presentation will be for 8 minutes only. (6 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A)
  2. The Total size of the presentation should not exceed 20 MB.
  3. Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static required template format only.
  4. Illustrations/images/photographs used in the PG Paper Presentation should be enlarged enough to show relevant details.
  5. The PG Paper Presentation may include following sections: Introduction, Aim & Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion and References.
  6. The PG Paper Presentation should be self-explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized.
  7. The PG Paper Presentation needs to be presented in the given template only.
  8. The template given can be used only in the first slide.
  9. The PG Paper Presentation should be prepared in Landscape format.
  10. Last date of submission 20th September, 2024
  11. The Presentation should be submitted on or before the last date given.
  12. Personal Laptops will not be allowed to ensure smooth and seamless proceedings. NO requests regarding use of the same will be entertained.
  13. All presenting authors are required to be present at the designated hall at the start of the session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of their presentation.
  14. If the Presentation is submitted at the last moment and problem occurs during the conference the organising team won’t be held responsible.
