PODIUM PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

1. Each Podium Presentation will be for 6 minutes followed by discussion of 2 minutes.
   • Please adhere to the time strictly, the screen will go blank at the end of 6 minutes with a warning at the end of 5^th minute.
2. The presenters are required to strictly adhere to the presentation template provided from the organising team, as the display screen has been customised accordingly.
3. The file size of the presentation is limited to 20 MB.
4. The file name should be the allotted abstract number followed by the name of presenting author with a space between the two.
   •  Eg: If the abstract number allotted is FMCON26O111 and the presenting author is Dr. XYZ, then the file name will be FMCON26O111 XYZ.
5. All presenting authors are required to report to the designated hall before starting of the session. Any presenter failing to report at the designated time will not be considered in subsequent sessions.
6. The presenting author has to be registered as a delegate for the conference.
7. Personal Laptops will not be allowed to ensure smooth and seamless proceedings. NO requests regarding use of the same will be entertained.
8. The Presentation format must be PowerPoint (.PPTX) only. No other format is supported.

E-POSTER GUIDELINES

1. File format should be PowerPoint (.PPTX).
2. Each poster presentation will be for 4 minutes followed by discussion of 2 minutes.
3. The Poster Presentation should be prepared in portrait format as a single slide as per the template provided.
4. No animations will be supported in the poster presentation.
5. The file size of the presentation is limited to 20 MB.
6. The file name should be the allotted abstract number followed by the name of presenting author with a space between the two.
   • Eg: If the abstract number allotted is FMCON26P111 and the presenting author is Dr. XYZ, then the file name will be FMCON26P111 XYZ.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. The presenting author has to be registered as a delegate for the conference.
2. The Presentations (both podium and poster) has to be submitted on or before 15^th February 2026.
3. Presenters are required to send their presentation files on the given link only.
